If you are joining the worship service virtually, we'd love to have a team of pastors/elders visit you to share the Communion Table. We invite you to fill out the form below, and we'll be in touch to schedule a day/time.
Notes:
- Typically, a pastoral/elder communion visit consists of two elders or an elder and a pastor.
- You should plan for about 45-60 minutes.
- We can meet you where you're most comfortable: outside at your home, in your living room, at a park, etc.
