We recently received a heartwarming update from JT (Jonathon) and Jess (Jessie) Reece as they settle into their lives in Colorado Springs. 

A Year of Challenges and Grace
The Reeces purchased a fixer-upper townhome in early 2025 and have been busy with renovations, including a brand-new kitchen. However, the year took an unexpected turn when Jess suffered a serious mountain biking accident, resulting in multiple fractures. We are overjoyed to share that through God's grace and a lot of support, Jess is recovering remarkably well and is even able to run again. 

Work and Ministry

  • JT has transitioned to a full-time role as the Indigenization Coordinator for BeMultiplied.

  • Jess continues her work as a Resettlement Administrator for Lutheran Family Services and is nearly finished with her certificate in Spiritual Direction.

Gratitude for Community
JT and Jess expressed deep gratitude for the meals, chores, and prayers that sustained them during Jess's recovery. They continue to enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and wish the entire MAM community peace and joy.
